UX Lead, User Experience Lead, AEM, 6+ Contract, London

We're hiring a UX Lead to drive experience design across a large-scale, enterprise digital transformation.

This is a hands‑on Lead UX role sitting at the heart of a complex, business‑critical programme, where UX, content, engineering and product all come together.

You'll own the experience vision across web platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working with senior stakeholders, designers and development teams to deliver scalable journeys.

This will be inside IR35, 6+ months, Hybrid London (Twice a week).

• Lead UX and experience design across a major enterprise web programme built on AEM
• Act as the UX authority between business, design and engineering teams
• Run discovery, ideation and prototyping workshops with senior stakeholders
• Shape roadmaps, hypotheses and testable concepts to drive measurable outcomes
• Oversee designers and ensure high-quality, consistent experience delivery

• Proven delivery using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS
• Strong experience leading UX for large-scale, enterprise web platforms
• Background in complex digital transformation or multi-market web programmes
• Comfortable working with C‑suite, product, marketing and engineering stakeholders
• Experience designing for B2B and multi‑channel digital ecosystems
• Tools:
  Figma, PowerPoint, prototyping & modern AI‑assisted design tools
