Overview
Join a team rewriting the rules of observability. A platform at the bleeding edge, empowering businesses to understand and act on their data through better observability, all in real time. Truly end to end, the platform encompasses everything; from logs to metrics, traces to security events all with a cost reduction of up to 70%.
Responsibilities- Lead the post‑sales journey, guiding customers from onboarding through to becoming platform believers.
- Engage and manage product interactions with software engineers to the C‑suite, building lasting relationships and unlocking maximum value from data.
- Onboard complex systems, tackle integration challenges, and lead technical sessions showcasing the product.
- Seasoned, technically minded TAM with deep experience in Cloud native tooling.
- Hands‑on knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana, Data Dog, or Splunk.
- Proficient at troubleshooting containerised environments.
- Strong communications skills and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
The team is based in London, with two office days weekly. The role offers a high‑growth environment, bonus, healthcare and stock options.
