This opportunity will see you join a collaborative IT Support function that maintains and optimises the working environment across all business areas. In this role, you will gain exposure to working in a fast-moving financial setting while supporting users with first, second, and third-line issues across software and hardware.

Proactivity and a desire to learn new technologies in hand with a year or two in a technical support position will allow you to maximise the opportunities this role has to offer and ultimately progress within the business.

If you have a particular passion for an area of technology, the managers will work with you to increase your exposure to that area.

You’ll be troubleshooting 1st to 3rd line issues while supporting and administering Microsoft Azure, Office
365, and network issues.

As mentioned, this is a Junior position. 1-3 years of experience is the sweet spot.
