Lead Onsite Support

Lead onsite IT support operations and manage complex infrastructure to ensure high availability of IT services. Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers.

• Advanced Technical Support – resolve complex hardware, OS, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Infrastructure Management – administer Windows servers, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• System Deployment – manage SCCM for OS deployment, patching, and application distribution.
• Network Telephony – configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN IP telephony systems and VoIP solutions.
• Incident and Change Management – handle BAU activities, incidents, changes, and root cause analysis using ITSM tools.
• Security Compliance – implement security standards and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Vendor Coordination – work with third‑party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements.
• Documentation – maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and configuration details.

• Strong expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, networking (LAN/WAN), and IP telephony systems.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and virtualization basics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

  2–5 years as a Local IT Support Engineer.
