We’re looking for a data‑driven, commercially aware Junior Data Analyst to help us uncover the insights behind why our company is exceptional what we do. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, spotting patterns, and turning numbers into meaningful stories that drive decisions.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to analyse performance, build dashboards, and generate insights that help us understand our strengths and opportunities. Your work will directly influence strategy, operations, and how we continue to grow.

• Analyse internal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support decision‑making.
• Work with commercial and operational teams to answer key business questions.
• Support the development of data models and metrics that help us measure success.
• Assist in improving data quality, structure, and accessibility.
• Present insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
• Contribute to shaping our long‑term data strategy.

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Maths, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• An interest in business performance, commercial metrics, and storytelling with data.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn.
