Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical IT Engineer to build out an AI led infrastructure automation program. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical expertise in AI, architecture, and cybersecurity with strategic program management to design and deploy innovative GenAI tools, capabilities, and AI agents.
Key ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the strategic design, development, and implementation of a new Generative AI automation program for the infrastructure group.
Architect, build, and deploy advanced GenAI tools, autonomous AI agents to automate and enhance infrastructure management, security, and operational efficiency.
Direct high-level program management for large-scale, complex cloud-native infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Partner with engineering, security, and operations teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for AI-driven automation and process optimization.
Define and institute best practices, robust technical standards, and a comprehensive governance framework for AI development and deployment.
Translate and communicate complex technical strategies, program updates, and visionary concepts to a diverse audience, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior technical roles, with a deep focus on enterprise-level IT architecture and cybersecurity.
Proven, hands‑on expertise in Gen AI, including direct experience designing and building solutions with Generative AI.
Exceptional critical thinking and advanced problem‑solving skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of innovative and impactful technical solutions.
Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build consensus at all organizational levels.
Extensive experience in program management, specifically overseeing projects in cloud‑native environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Strong programming skills in languages relevant to AI/ML, particularly Python.
An advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) or prestigious certifications in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Cybersecurity.
