Overview
Provide handson technical support for endusers and assist in maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure
Key Responsibilities- End User Support Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for desktops laptops printers and peripherals
- System Setup Install and configure OS applications and network devices
- SCCM Support Assist with patching software deployment and imaging tasks
- Network Telephony Basic troubleshooting of LAN WiFi and IP telephony systems
- Incident Handling Respond to service requests promptly and elevate complex issues
- Asset Management Track IT inventory and maintain records
Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Active Directory SCCM Networking fundamentals and IP Telephony
- Familiarity with Windows OS Microsoft 365 and ITSM tools
- Certifications preferred CompTIA A Network Microsoft Fundamentals
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
