Overview

Provide handson technical support for endusers and assist in maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
  • End User Support Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for desktops laptops printers and peripherals
  • System Setup Install and configure OS applications and network devices
  • SCCM Support Assist with patching software deployment and imaging tasks
  • Network Telephony Basic troubleshooting of LAN WiFi and IP telephony systems
  • Incident Handling Respond to service requests promptly and elevate complex issues
  • Asset Management Track IT inventory and maintain records
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory SCCM Networking fundamentals and IP Telephony
  • Familiarity with Windows OS Microsoft 365 and ITSM tools
  • Certifications preferred CompTIA A Network Microsoft Fundamentals
  • Strong problem solving and customer service skills
