Description & Requirements

The Post Trade Implementation team delivers end-to-end implementation services for Bloomberg’s Transaction Cost Analysis (BTCA), Regulatory Reporting (BRRS), and Compliance (Vault) solutions. We work closely with clients to scope, integrate, and deploy these products within their existing operating environments, enabling effective transaction cost analysis, regulatory reporting, surveillance and data archiving.

We partner with Sales and Account Management during all phases of the Implementation process to ensure solutions meet client needs and collaborate extensively with Product, Engineering and Service to deliver a high-quality, efficient onboarding experience.

What’s the role?

We are seeking an Implementation Manager to support our BTCA and BRRS products in London. In this client-facing role, you will lead end-to-end implementations, manage complex projects against challenging timelines, and ensure successful delivery and onboarding for strategic clients.

You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver outcomes to a high standard.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and support end-to-end client implementations of Bloomberg Post-Trade and Regulatory solutions (BTCA & BRRS)
  • Work with Sales and Clients to gather requirements, define scope, and design implementation approaches aligned to their operational and regulatory needs.
  • Lead the implementation of new client engagements, managing timelines, dependencies and delivery in line with standard procedures
  • Manage technical and functional integrations, including data onboarding, validation, and configuration across client environments.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management during pre-sales, integration, and on-boarding phases to ensure client expectations are clearly defined and met.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing clear communication, progress updates, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Service teams to elevate issues, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous product and process improvements.
  • Support governance, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery.
We’ll trust you to
  • Own complex, strategic client engagements as the day-to-day project management lead
  • Develop and drive detailed project plans to completion across internal teams and external vendors
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Translate client business and regulatory requirements into clear implementation deliverables
  • Communicate clearly and consistently through client-facing and internal documentation
  • Promote standard methodologies for project management and implementation
  • Monitor delivery health using defined KPIs and governance forums, escalating issues where needed
  • Stay current on regulatory reforms, market structure changes, and Bloomberg product enhancements
  • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with clients and internal partners
You’ll need to have
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Hands-on project management experience across multiple internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Experience supporting or working with trading, post-trade, and/or compliance workflows
  • An understanding of the trading lifecycle, sales/trader workflows and market terminology
  • An ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, executable delivery plans
  • Strong data analysis and validation skills, including working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of CSV & FIX workflows
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving regulatory and client environments
We’d love to see
  • Experience in project management, implementation, or client delivery roles
