Role Summary and Impact

Our SEO team is looking for an SEO Account Executive with a focus on GEO (generative engine optimisation) and AI Search. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with renowned brands, making a tangible impact on their digital performance. As a key member of the team, you’ll drive SEO execution, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.

This role offers a great opportunity to work in an environment that combines innovation through AI with exceptional client integration. We are looking for someone who is interested in working on performance‑led accounts with an enthusiasm for data and an eye for detail.

The SEO Account Executive will support client projects including keyword research, technical site optimisation, content auditing, reporting and new business analysis. They should be comfortable presenting ideas to the wider account teams with the support of their managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account managers and directors with client projects including reporting, research, analysis and optimisation
  • Leverage industry reporting, analysis and insight tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Support the delivery of high‑quality outputs including technical audits, keyword research, on‑page recommendations and content audits
  • Support the wider team in identifying ways to integrate our AI tools, Imagine and Sidekick, into workflows
  • Communicate professionally with client stakeholders, helping to form strong relationships
  • Support GEO (AI Search) optimisation across clients, including analysis of AI‑generated SERP formats, AI search results, conversational answers and entity visibility
  • Assist in optimising structured data, entity‑based signals, and content designed for AI‑driven search experiences
  • Monitor emerging AI search features (Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, etc.) to identify opportunities and trends
  • Help deliver GEO‑focused insights for clients, ensuring content performs across both traditional and AI‑enhanced search surfaces

  • Some previous exposure to or interest in SEO/GEO, ideally in an agency (but not essential)
  • Experience with balancing multiple tasks, deadlines and manager expectations
