We are searching for a Group IT Director for a world renowned leader in their space.

This is a newly formed role tasked with designing and leading the IT strategy, upgrading systems and modernising work flows across the group.

At such a pivotal point in their century + history we need someone who can help bridge the gap between a rich and diverse heritage and the digital future of the business.

This role will appeal to a resilient, strategic hands on leader with a track record of successful transformation.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute a group wide technology roadmap. Systems Implementation:
Take ownership of the ongoing

Business Central rollout, ensuring it is delivered effectively and adopted by the business. Change Management:
Act as the primary advocate for digital transformation. Stakeholder Management:
Operate effectively at the C-Suite level, managing expectations and building consensus among a diverse leadership team. Global Operations:
Oversee a distributed technical landscape, coordinating with teams and vendors across the US, UK, Europe. Agile Governance:
Implement Agile methodologies to improve project delivery, transparency, and responsiveness across all business units.

The Ideal Candidate Background:
Proven experience within small organisations or start ups would be preferred and most likely the best fit. Technical Core:
Good functional and strategic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Transformation: A track record of leading complex change management initiatives in traditional business environments. SaaS Familiarity:
Understanding of SaaS business models and product life cycles Methodology:
Strong practitioner of Agile frameworks.
