IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
- The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Operating in an agile delivery environment, this role coordinates teams, manages risks and dependencies, and provides strong governance to deliver measurable commercial value aligned with strategic objectives.
- You will work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, and external partners to drive execution, maintain alignment, and enable successful outcomes in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives, including digital product launches, marketing programs, and regulatory or compliance‑driven changes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budget, and dependencies.
- Ensure delivery against agreed objectives while maintaining high quality and predictable outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and third‑party vendors.
- Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and clear ownership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Champion Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices to enable efficient and adaptive delivery.
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on delivery best practices, continuous improvement, and flow optimization.
- Establish and maintain appropriate project governance frameworks.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Track progress, manage change, and provide accurate status reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are aligned with strategic priorities and customer needs.
- Focus on delivering tangible commercial value and measurable business outcomes.
- Support decision‑making through clear insights, trade‑off analysis, and recommendations.
- Proven experience in Agile Project Management, ideally within digital or technology‑led environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated capability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and change in fast‑paced settings.
- Solid understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and dependency coordination.
- Proficiency with project management tools and the MS Office Suite.
- Product & Technology: Overseeing digital product development, system design, platform enhancements, and technical delivery initiatives.
- Marketing & Growth: Driving performance marketing initiatives, creative delivery, and broader marketing strategy projects.
