Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading specialist in the financial services sector who are on the lookout for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

As Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll lead the analytics and BI initiatives, automating reports and writing SQL queries to extract data from core system databases.

• Lead and enhance the analytics, reporting and BI capabilities, acting as a subject matter expert and driving a data first culture.
• Deliver insights and advanced analytics, automating reporting and identifying opportunities to drive business performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop requirements, support change projects and ensure data driven decision making.

• Salary up to £70,000

• Proven experience using SQL, with expertise in querying large database systems and developing robust code.
• Strong Tableau skills with ability to create engaging and value adding dashboards, analytics and reports.
• Track record of leveraging analytical skills to deliver business value and engaged with stakeholders.

Experience working with an agile approach and developing reports in Power BI would be advantageous.
