We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for analysing and optimising the performance of mobile dating applications. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset and experience working in fast-paced digital environments.

• Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company's strategic vision and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies.
• Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives.
• Developing and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders.

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis
• 2+ years of experience in the Dating mobile apps market
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data.

• Strong statistical background
• Strong story-telling and presentation skills
