  • CMS Management: Be the subject matter expert for our Content Management System, Contentful, ensuring technical integrity and efficient content delivery.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Maintain an impeccable eye for detail, conducting thorough QA checks on all content before and after go-live to ensure zero errors in copy, assets, internal linking, and mobile responsiveness.
2. SEO & Commercial Optimisation
  • SEO Implementation: Apply fundamental and advanced SEO knowledge to all new and existing content, including optimising meta data, on-page copy, image alt tags, and internal linking structures to maximise organic search visibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on content performance (traffic, conversion rates, engagement) using analytics tools, providing data-driven insights to recommend improvements.
  • Commercial Insight: Proactively identify content opportunities that align with trade priorities, merchandising calendars, and seasonal product launches to support business objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years experience in an eCommerce, Digital Content, or SEO-focused role, ideally within retail or a fast-paced environment.
  • SEO Proficiency: A strong working knowledge of on-page SEO best practices and how to use data (e.g., keyword research) to inform content decisions.
  • Digital Detail: Exceptional attentiontodetail, with a passion for ensuring high standards of site hygiene, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Technical Content Acumen: Experience working with Content Management Systems and understanding of digital content publishing workflows.
  • Proactive Attitude: An eager, proactive, and commercially-minded approach with a strong willingness to own tasks from ideation to implementation.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset, able to manage input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Localisation: An understanding of the importance of localisation and/or experience working on global websites.

  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) principles.
  • Experience using project management tools like Asana for content ticketing and workflow.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose front-end content issues.
