Project Manager, Data Analyst, Data Security

We are a London-based crypto-asset investment firm. We leverage our deep crypto network, our understanding of crypto markets, and our proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions across multiple fund strategies and DeFi projects. Our team is dynamic, with strong backgrounds in investment management, data science, and crypto, and we apply this expertise across research, portfolio management, and a range of on-chain activities, including vault curation.

To support our continued growth, we are looking to hire a highly organised and execution-focused Project Manager on a 3-4 month contract. This role will be responsible for driving the delivery of key initiatives across the business, with a primary focus on leading a key flagship program in addition to other high-priority projects. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Project Manager will play a central roleère in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to institutional standards.

• Own end-to-end delivery of a key strategic project, from detailed planning and structuring, development, co-ordination of business input, coordination with the legal team, through to launch
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks, ensuring alignment across青青 internal teams and external partners
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, whilst proactively identifying blockers and driving resolution to keep delivery on schedule
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including potential vault launches, DeFi integrations, governance upgrades, and other initiatives
• Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps
• Act as the central coordination point across cross-functional teams
• Enable efficient execution while maintaining discipline around scope, risk management, and quality
• Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and accountability quals across work streams
• Continuously improve project workflows, documentation, and delivery processes to support scale
• Proactively stay informed on relevant trends, DeFi innovation, and regulatory developments to ensure projects align with institutional best practices

• 5+ years experience in a project management (or similar) position within Trad Fi, DeFi or crypto
• Strong experience delivering complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Strong working understanding of blockchain infrastructure and on-chain lending, borrowing, or liquid staking
• Passionate about blockchain and the evolving landscape of on-chain financial innovation
• Strong grasp of risk management principles, particularly in financial or crypto-native environments
• Experience operating in a regulated financial environment
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
• Clear, concise communicator able to explain complex concepts with ease
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment and an eagerness to take a hands on approach to key actions to keep up with deadlines
