Location: 1 day per week in London, Glasgow, or Cardiff office (hybrid)

Are you passionate about data governance and skilled in Microsoft Purview? We are looking for a Purview Implementation Support Specialist to help accelerate the adoption of Purview across a large organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by shaping capability‑building initiatives and delivering high‑quality training resources.

• Assess current Purview literacy levels and identify knowledge gaps.
• Develop tailored learning pathways for governance teams and business users.
• Create engaging, practical training materials and guides.
• Collaborate to build interactive e-learning packages with assessments.
• Ensure alignment with RBAC models and enterprise data governance frameworks.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Purview.
• Proven experience in developing training content and delivering capability‑building programmes (essential to be considered).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, user‑friendly materials.
• Familiarity with RBAC models and data governance principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
