Sap System Analyst; Fico

Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and document business requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and work with developer to develop efficient ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces that support business processes.
• Perform configuration settings and maintenance on the FICO modules.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP processes, recommending and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations by providing technical expertise and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.

• Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and processes, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in supporting SAP FICO modules.
• Research and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate and convey information concisely.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving SAP and IT technologies.
• SAP certifications and experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA are a plus.
• Proficiency in other tech tools like RPA will be a bonus.
