Role Overview

They are seeking a collaborative, visionary, and results-driven Account Growth Director to drive revenue expansion, deepen client relationships, and deliver high-impact analytics and AI-led consulting engagements across multiple industry sectors
.

This is a senior leadership role that combines data, analytics, and GenAI expertise with strong commercial and delivery acumen. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, leading complex engagements, shaping AI-enabled solutions, and influencing strategic priorities at both client and practice levels.

This role suits a leader who enjoys owning accounts end-to-end
, from strategy and growth to delivery excellence and long-term client value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple industry sectors.
  • Drive account growth through expansion of existing engagements and identification of new opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, offering thought leadership in analytics, AI, and GenAI.
  • Lead multiple client engagements, steering project execution, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Propose innovative analytics and AI solutions, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and GenAI use cases
    .
  • Help clients achieve measurable ROI and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies and accelerators.
  • Own project governance, including timelines, delivery quality, resource forecasting, and risk management.
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
    , contributing to business development efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional and onsite consulting teams, fostering high performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Develop executive-ready collateral to support account growth, business development, and thought leadership.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in AI, GenAI, analytics, and industry best practices
    .

Required Experience, Education & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics consulting, account growth, project delivery, and client relationship management
    .
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics
    , or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of data analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions
    .
  • Proven track record of growing large accounts and managing senior client relationships.
  • Experience leading multi-project portfolios with accountability for outcomes and delivery quality.
  • Hands-on exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau (PySpark preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and clarity of thought.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders
    .
  • Commercial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and delivery rigor.
  • Ability to work across cultures and geographies in a global client environment.
