Product Design Manager Tesco Media

• Lead and Inspire – Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (Product Designers, Content Designer, Design System Designers) across multiple work streams.
• Drive Design Strategy – Partner with Product Engineering and Commercial teams to define the design roadmap for our self‑serve B2B platform.
• Deliver Impact – Ensure design solutions meet business objectives while delighting users, balancing usability, scalability and innovation.
• Stakeholder Alignment – Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gain buy‑in, align priorities and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Champion Design Ops – Implement processes and tools that enable efficient high‑quality design delivery across teams.

• Proven experience leading product design teams in complex digital environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design leadership for B2B or SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in user‑centred design, design systems and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agile environment.
