Role Overview

Location: Hybrid

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading from the front, developing new business and managing key client relationships
  • Coaching and motivating a team of Account Managers, New Business Managers, and SDRs
  • Owning and executing the go‑to‑market strategy for a growing MSP portfolio
  • Working closely with marketing and product teams to launch new services
  • Managing the sales pipeline and driving conversion from lead to revenue
  • Creating a high‑performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Staying ahead of trends in the MSP and cybersecurity markets
  • Reporting on team performance and contributing to strategic decisions
Main Skills Needed
  • Proven sales leadership experience in an MSP, cybersecurity, or tech-focused environment
  • Strong personal sales track record with team management credentials
  • Solid understanding of managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Commercially sharp with a data‑driven, results‑focused approach
  • Confident communicator with great influencing and coaching skills
  • Comfortable using CRM and analytics tools to track performance
