Product Manager

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in product design or UX design.

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.

• 1 year of experience working with executive leaders.

• Lead the design of innovative user experiences for Google Ads products and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews and user research sessions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design system.
