A leading global organisation is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to oversee three critical technology functions:
Entrata application services, end‑user support, and corporate IT infrastructure. This is a strategic leadership role requiring hands‑on expertise in Entrata and strong IT project management skills to deliver operational excellence and drive innovation across enterprise systems.

You’ll lead high‑performing teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure seamless IT service delivery across applications, infrastructure, and user support.

• Build and lead a dedicated team to support the Entrata platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
• Define and implement SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align Entrata capabilities with business needs through stakeholder collaboration.

• Manage local end‑user support operations, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Develop and enforce support policies, procedures, and standards to enhance user experience.
• Implement ITSM best practices and tools to streamline support operations.
• Drive training and development initiatives for a high‑performing support team.

• Provide administrative oversight for IT infrastructure resources, including network, servers, storage, and security systems.
