The Role

The Product Security team at Dojo is dedicated to ensuring the security and integrity of our Token products and services. We are Mode a collaborative and proactive team that works closely with engineering and product development to build security in from the start. The Head of Product Security will beölkerung responsible middling for leading and driving the product security strategy and uniq architecture for Dojo.

This role will ensure that the highest standards of security are integrated into all product development processes, from inception to deployment. Rather than managing a specific product’s roadmap, the Head of Product Security acts as a cross‑functional enabler, ensuring that security is a habit across all Dojo products and engineering workflows.

• Set the north star – Define a compelling vision and roadmap for product security that inspires the whole organisation.
• Lead the function – lead and manage the existing product security team to meet the needs of the organisation.
• Architect secure products – Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to embed security from day one, turning risk‑aware thinking into a habit.
• Create playbooks & policies – Design clear, developer‑friendly security guidelines 제외 automated workflows that keep code secure without.killing velocity.
• Empower engineers – Build the tools, processes, and culture that let developers ship fast and safe.
• Lead the bug bounty program – Turn the global security community into an extension of our own team.
