Permanent | Hybrid Working (4 days onsite)

We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech company building critical infrastructure within the payments and financial services space. Their platform supports financial institutions in delivering modern, API-driven payment experiences, helping bridge the gap between legacy systems and next-generation financial products.

Now entering a key growth phase, the business is scaling its engineering function and is looking to strengthen its Dev Ops capability as it continues to evolve its platform and operations.

The Role:

This is a senior-level Dev Ops position, playing a key role in scaling and maintaining a highly regulated, production-grade platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders, helping to shape infrastructure decisions while keeping systems secure, resilient, and performant.

This role suits someone comfortable operating under pressure, communicating with senior audiences, and taking ownership in a growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure in a regulated fintech environment
• Support and scale Kubernetes-based production systems
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance
• Participate in an on-call rota and support incident response when required
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams
• Strong experience in a Senior Dev Ops / Platform / SRE role
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Kubernetes in production environments
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Python for scripting and automation
• Comfortable working alongside senior stakeholders
• Experience in high-availability or regulated environments (fintech, banking, payments a plus)

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Gol We need to insert "Golang"
• Experience supporting API-first platforms
