Job Description :
Solution Design Lead – AI, GenAI & Agentic AI

We are looking for a Solution Design Lead in the rapidly evolving space of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. This role goes beyond solutioning—requiring a visionary mindset, the ability to thrive in unstructured environments, and the curiosity to figure out new approaches as the field evolves. The leader will not only shape solutions, proposals, and pricing models but also act as a thought leader—bringing clarity to clients navigating the next frontier of AI adoption.

• Partner with clients to uncover needs in unstructured or evolving problem spaces and define actionable AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solution approaches.
• Create proposals, scope documents, estimation models, and pricing frameworks, embedding the right assumptions to balance innovation with delivery feasibility.
• Provide thought leadership by shaping enterprise AI adoption roadmaps, evangelizing responsible AI, and highlighting emerging AI use cases across industries.
• Collaborate with partners, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors, negotiating joint solution constructs and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with industry analysts to establish thought leadership presence, communicate differentiators, and shape perception in the AI/GenAI market.
• Ensure that designed solutions are aligned with delivery assurance processes, enabling feasibility, risk management, and successful implementation.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial, adaptable “figure-it-out” mindset to navigate ambiguity and rapidly shifting landscapes.

• 10+ years in AI/ML solutioning, consulting, or product design, with recent exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Ability to blend technology depth with business storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience in scoping, pricing, and effort estimation in presales or consulting contexts.
• Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate with partners and technology vendors to drive solution success.
• Experience engaging with analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to position capabilities and shape industry narratives.
• Familiarity with delivery assurance frameworks, ensuring solutions are practical and executable.
• Recognized for thought leadership in AI—conference speaking, publications, or client advisory engagements a plus.
• Curious, adaptive, and able to define clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
