Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a skilled and passionate Adobe AEM Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation and delivery of Adobe obrigos Experience Manager projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, AEM platform understanding, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in agile environments.
- Define product vision roadmap and backlog for Adobe AEM Assets and Workfront
- Align platform capabilities with enterprise marketing creative and content operations needs
- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization
- Prioritize features based on business value, user feedback and technical feasibility
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary liaison between business users Marketing Creative Ops Brand and Compliance and technical teams
- Fac Dividend workshops and translate business needs into user stories
- Manage executive stakeholders and communicate roadmap progress, risks and KPIs. AEM Assets DAM
- Define DAM governance including metadata models, taxonomy, workflows and asset lifecycle
- Oversee ingestion, versioning, approvals, localization and distribution workflows
- Partner with UX and brand teams to improve findability, reuse, and compliance
- Ensure integration with AEM Sites, Adobe Creative Cloud, and downstream channels
- Adobe Workfront Responsibilities
- Lead Workfront implementation and optimization for project, task and resource management
- Design and manage workflows for intake, approvals, creative operations and delivery
- Drive adoption across marketing creative and delivery teams
- Configure dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership visibility
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams
- Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant platform design
- Support release planning and post‑launch optimization
- Governance Optimization
- Define platform governance model, operating procedures, and best practices
- Track success metrics: adoption, throughput, time‑to‑market, asset reuse, compliance
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Support audits, risk management, and ongoing enhancements
