Technical Business Analyst

We are supporting an international professional services organisation in their search for a Technical Business Analyst to join a newly established Transformation Team
. The organisation is entering an exciting period of change, investing in systems, processes, and ways of working to improve outcomes for its people, clients, and wider business.

• Engaging with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements
• Developing as‑is and to‑be process maps
  , data flow diagrams, and system documentation
• Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications for delivery teams
• Facilitating workshops, sprint planning sessions, and requirements reviews
• Identifying process optimisation opportunities and influencing stakeholders to adopt improvements
• Supporting system integration projects, platform upgrades, and data migration initiatives
• Working closely with testing teams and business users to support UAT and validate end‑to‑end processes
• Creating and delivering training materials across multiple regions and time zones

• 5+ years’ experience as a high‑performing Business Analyst
• Background in consulting, Moda services, or complex enterprise environments
• Proven ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
• Experience working in agile, product‑led delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
