Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities as the SAP ERP Program Lead:
Lead end-to-end SAP ERP programs, including ECC, FICO and S/4
HANA implementationsOversee global teams in multi-vendor and offshore environmentsCollaborate closely with IT, business units, and change management teamsDevelop and implement structured program frameworks and delivery strategiesInfluence C-level stakeholders and drive consulting propositionsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standardsGuide teams in preparing proposals and financial plans for large-scale programsSkills
Required
Skills and Experience:
Proven track record of leading multi-country rollouts in global environmentsStrong ability to communicate with and influence executive stakeholdersExpertise in program setup, governance, and delivery best practicesBackground in consulting with a focus on business transformationExperience in mentoring and coaching SAP consulting teamsWillingness to travel for project-related requirementsExperience Requirements
Extensive experience in managing complex SAP ERP programs.
