Working closely with engineers and compliance experts, you will ensure AI-driven reviews are accurate, scalable, and audit-ready for financial institutions.

• Lead the integration of agentic AI into mission-critical financial governance and credit operations.
• Join a well-funded startup backed by top-tier VCs at the intersection of AI and Reg Tech.
• Influence the development of AI "playbooks" that redefine how banks manage risk and compliance.

• Transform unstructured interviews, policies, and spreadsheets into clear process maps and user stories.
• Define AI guardrails, prompts, and success metrics for automated lending and AML workflows.
• Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality tickets, diagrams, and acceptance criteria for new features.

• 3-6 years of experience in fintech, Reg Tech, or financial services as a Business or Functional Analyst.
• Domain expertise in lending, credit risk, or BSA/AML/KYC compliance workflows.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguity and work effectively in fast-paced, remote startup environments.
