Digital Executive

We are currently recruiting for a growing premium wellness and nutrition brand based in the London area. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Executive to support their e-commerce team and help keep their Shopify website running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience across e-commerce, digital marketing, optimisation, content and analytics.

They are a premium, science-led nutrition brand specialising in high-quality supplements. Known for their commitment to purity, transparency and sustainability, they operate primarily through their direct-to-consumer website and have built a loyal and engaged customer base. The business is values-driven, fast-growing and collaborative, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and learning.

As Digital Executive, you will support the day-to-day running of the brand’s e-commerce website. Reporting into the Head of Growth whilst working closely with the wider digital and e-commerce team. This is a junior-level role with broad exposure, offering the opportunity to work across website updates, optimisation projects, reporting, content, and creative support. The role is ideal for someone curious about e-commerce who enjoys variety and wants to build strong digital foundations.

• Support daily updates across the Shopify website, including content, images and product pages
• Assist with building and updating landing pages using existing tools and templates
• Ensure the website functions correctly across desktop and mobile devices
• Help manage and maintain e-commerce tools such as subscriptions, upsells and review platforms
• Support A/B testing initiatives across site content and landing pages
• Monitor key site performance metrics including conversion rate, bounce rate and engagement
• Assist with analysing customer behaviour using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics
• Compile simple performance reports and insights for the wider team
• Apply basic SEO best practices, including image alt text, page titles, headings and internal linking
• Support blog and landing page uploads, formatting and content updates
• Create and update simple digital assets using Canva
• Resize, optimise and upload images across the website
• Assist with creative updates across product pages, blogs and campaign content
• Contribute to a wide range of digital projects as needed
• Take on increasing responsibility as skills and confidence develop

• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital or online brands
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology
• Well organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
• Experience using Shopify or another e-commerce platform
• Basic understanding of SEO or website best practices
• Interest in UX, analytics or conversion optimisation
