• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for risk-related projects.
• Work closely with technology teams to define functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, and validation for risk and compliance reporting.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies across applications and platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, create BRDs, FRDs, and technical documentation, maneuver traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory directives and Barclays' internal risk policies.

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong technical exposure in Banking/Financial Services.
• Solid understanding of Risk Management frameworks (Operational, Regulatory, Credit Risk).
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, data analysis, API integrations, and system interfaces.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
