Senior Business Operations Partner Job in UK 2026 | Flux

An exceptional opportunity is now available in London for international professionals seeking UK visa sponsorship in 2026. Flux, a fast-growing company building infrastructure for frontier artificial intelligence, is hiring a Senior Business Operations Partner to join its high-impact team at its headquarters in King’s Cross. This role is offered under the UK Skilled Worker visa route and comes with full relocation support for successful overseas candidates.

With a highly competitive salary ranging from £77,000 to £105,000 per year, plus equity and an outstanding benefits package, this position is designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and want to work at the cutting edge of AI-driven operations. The role plays a critical part in helping the company scale efficiently while maintaining speed, precision, and simplicity across all functions.

About

Role

As the Senior Business Operations Partner, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the internal systems that allow Flux to operate at dramatically higher efficiency. You will work across teams such as Engineering, Finance, People, and Operations, treating each function as an internal customer. Your mission is to identify friction, eliminate bottlenecks, and replace complex manual workflows with elegant, automated, and AI-powered systems.

This is a highly hands‑on, strategic role that combines systems thinking, automation, product‑style problem solving, and cross‑functional leadership. You will drive projects from first principles through to adoption, ensuring that new tools and processes are intuitive, scalable, and genuinely improve how teams work every day.

About Hiring Firm

Flux is a pioneering technology company building the infrastructure that powers next‑generation artificial intelligence. Located in the heart of London’s AI ecosystem, the company brings together world‑class engineers, operators, and researchers to solve some of the most complex problems in computing. Flux is known for its ambitious culture, high standards, and strong investment in its people.

The company offers not only competitive compensation and equity, but also full visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, premium healthcare, top‑tier equipment, and a work environment designed for deep focus and collaboration. Flux is rapidly scaling and is committed to building systems and teams that can grow without losing speed or quality.

Responsibilities
  • Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and inefficiencies across all business functions
  • Map existing workflows, and co‑design improved systems with internal teams
  • Build and deploy AI‑powered and automated workflows to remove repetitive manual work
  • Design simple, intuitive systems that replace complex multi‑step processes
  • Lead cross‑functional projects from concept through rollout and adoption
  • Evaluate and integrate third‑party tools and decide when to build versus buy solutions
  • Create and maintain coherent internal systems architecture and data flows
  • Develop internal dashboards, reporting tools, and lightweight internal applications
  • Champion best practices in automation, tooling, and operational excellence
  • Ensure new systems deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and user experience
Requirements
  • Strong experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • Proven ability to build internal tools, dashboards, or operational systems
  • Excellent project management and cross‑functional coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of AI use cases in business operations and process automation
  • Experience evaluating, integrating, and scaling third‑party software tools
  • Product‑minded approach to problem solving with a focus on user adoption
  • Ability to design simple, scalable systems and eliminate unnecessary complexity
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
  • Eligibility for the UK Skilled Worker visa and willingness to relocate to London

This Senior Business Operations Partner role at Flux offers a rare chance to combine operations, automation, and AI at the forefront of technology while benefiting from full UK visa sponsorship and relocation support. For ambitious international professionals seeking impact, growth, and world‑class compensation in London, this is a truly outstanding opportunity.
