Senior Manager – Palantir Foundry & Cloud Transformation

We’re supporting a leading consulting organisation as they continue to scale their Palantir Consulting capability, within a growing Data & AI practice.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced data and transformation specialist with strong Palantir Foundry expertise and a passion for delivering AI-led change at scale.

As a Management Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the design and delivery of high-impact Foundry-enabled solutions that drive enterprise-wide transformation. You’ll work across strategy, architecture and delivery, guiding teams through complex data challenges while helping to grow a high-performing Palantir capability.

• Leading the design and delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions that enable data- and AI-driven transformation
• Partnering with senior stakeholders (Enterprise Architects, CDOs, CIOs) to shape scalable data platforms and operating models
• Providing technical and delivery leadership across complex, multi-team environments
• Coaching and developing diverse, high-performing consulting teams
• Supporting the growth of the Palantir alliance through opportunity identification and thought leadership

• Strong background in consulting, data engineering, analytics or platform delivery
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology, pipelines, apps, AIP); certifications are a plus
• Experience with modern data and software engineering (e.g. Python/PySpark, SQL, Java, Type Script)
• Solid understanding of data architecture, modelling, integration and visualisation
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership capability
• Sector experience in Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Energy or Manufacturing
• Active or transferable UK government clearance (SC/DV) is desirable
