• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high‑performance AEM solutions, ensuring best practices in architecture and development.
• Guide and mentor a team of AEM developers and QA engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee the integration of AEM with front‑end and back‑end systems, optimizing performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business and marketing strategies into efficient web solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing enhancements to the AEM technology stack and workflows.

• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including components, templates, OSGi services, Sightly/HTL, and AEM administration.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing large‑scale, content‑rich AEM solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms, and integrating AEM with RESTful APIs and third‑party systems.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and experience with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), A/B testing, and personalization engines.
• Experience with cloud hosting models for AEM and content management best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UX/UI design.
• Experience working with design tools like Figma and translating designs into technical implementations.
• Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as Workfront or Jira.
