Seeking a dynamic SAP S4

HANA Trainer to support Finance Transformation Programme. You'll be instrumental in rolling out SAP S4

HANA across the organisation, transforming finance processes to meet strategic goals.,

• Develop and deliver engaging training on SAP S4
  
  HANA and finance business processes.
• Update and enhance training materials, ensuring they are tailored to end-users and align with SAP best practices.
• Conduct both online and in-person training sessions for finance teams, VIP users, and super users.
• Address staff queries, provide support, and create self-learning resources through Microsoft Teams, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with our SI partner to ensure content is integrated into SAP Enable Now and the LMS system.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed for optimal adoption and readiness.
• Work with program support to track training attendance and engagement, ensuring smooth delivery.
  Proven experience in SAP S4
  
  HANA end-user training, ideally in a Financial Services or Banking setting.
• Expertise in using SAP Enable Now to create, update, and deliver training content.
• Strong experience translating complex process documentation into user-friendly training materials.
• Comfort with classroom and virtual training, including presenting to large audiences.
• Ability to develop compelling training materials that enhance user adoption and understanding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
