Role: Business Transformation Project Manager
Contract: 6-12 Months (Inside IR35)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (London & Royston)

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong IT background to lead business transformation initiatives. This role is not purely technical but requires a solid understanding of IT systems and processes within a transformation environment, particularly across procurement and finance projects
.

• Deliver end-to-end business transformation projects across HR, IT, Finance, and ERP domains.
• Manage procurement and finance-related projects
  , including vendor selection and contract management.
• Ensure robust project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive change management and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for successful delivery.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in business transformation environments
  .
• Strong IT background (not hands‑on technical, but able to navigate IT landscapes).
• Experience with procurement and finance projects involving HR, IT, and ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and finance systems.
• Industry knowledge in transformation programmes.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile

• Ability to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
