This isn’t a “train a model and disappear” kind of role. You’ll be embedded across the business, designing and building AI-powered solutions that make real impact.

You’ll partner closely with teams across Customer Success, Sales, HR, and Operations to uncover where AI can make life easier, faster, and smarter. You’ll dive deep into data (and yes, sometimes messy data) to understand its structure, quality, gaps, and opportunities, making sure the solutions you build are grounded in reality and ready for production.

You’ll design, build, and deploy custom AI tools, agents, workflows, and ML pipelines that off-the-shelf products simply can’t deliver. Automating processes, optimising workflows, and creating solutions people genuinely enjoy using. From idea to design to build to production, you’ll own your projects end-to-end.

In short: you’ll be the person people go to when they say, “Could AI help us do this better?”

You’re curious, proactive, and you love solving real problems with smart tech. You bring hands‑on data experience with a strong focus on AI and ML, and you’re highly proficient in Python with experience building ML workflows and pipelines. You’re comfortable working with MLOps, workflow orchestration, or process automation tools, and you have a solid understanding of data integration and data‑driven solution design.

You’re confident working cross‑functionally and translating business needs into practical technical solutions. You have a natural investigative mindset; you enjoy exploring data, validating its quality, spotting inconsistencies, and finding the story behind the numbers. Most importantly, you’re passionate about using AI to improve how businesses actually operate, not just for impressive demos. Experience with cloud platforms and modern AI frameworks is a definite plus.

You’ll be working on greenfield AI initiatives with real ownership and visible impact. You’ll collaborate with smart, driven people across the globe, and you’ll help shape how AI is used across an entire organisation, not just within a single product.
