we’re on the lookout for an account/client growth manager who loves spotting opportunities, joining the dots and turning smart thinking into real commercial impact. This role is all about growing existing client accounts
; finding new ways to add value, expand relationships and unlock revenue.
you might come from a social or creative agency
, a saas or product-led business or a hybrid of the two. Either way, you’re someone who blends client instinct, social smarts and data-led growth thinking and knows how to make ideas land.
you’ll work across a broad mix of accounts, helping clients see what’s next and how our social, paid, influencer and tech-led solutions can help them get there.
what you’ll be doing growing accounts- own growth across a portfolio of clients, spotting opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand
- lead annual reviews and growth plans that feel inspiring, not salesy
- build deeper relationships across client teams to unlock new opportunities
- bring strong social instincts and a clear view of how platforms, culture and tech drive growth and impact
- stay curious about platform updates, emerging tech, and cultural trends and turn them into ideas clients actually need
- use insight and data to identify what’s working, what’s not and what we should test next
- help improve acquisition, conversion, retention and ltv across accounts
- track performance metrics and use them to tell clear, compelling growth stories
- act as a trusted, senior partner, confident in knowing when to push and when to support
- present ideas clearly, sell in new thinking and bring clients on the journey
- make growth feel collaborative, exciting, and achievable
- shape scopes and proposals for new initiatives and expansions
- work closely with client services and our executional teams to bring ideas to life
- enable account teams with frameworks, insight, and fresh thinking that fuels growth
- experience in an agency and/or saas environment
- a background in account growth, client strategy, growth marketing or commercial roles
- strong understanding of social (organic, paid, influencer) and how it connects to wider digital and tech solutions
- comfortable with data, insight, and experimentation but equally happy shaping a narrative
- a confident communicator who builds trust quickly
- curious, proactive, and energised by variety
- a growth-focused role with real autonomy and influence
- exposure to a wide mix of clients from beauty to automotive and everything in between
