Salt has partnered with a full-service Digital Experience Agency to find a Product Designer to join their elite team.

Reporting into the Chief Design Officer, you'll work across the agency's suite of top clients to build scalable, robust, and elegant UI solutions.

You'll be creating meaningful design outcomes—solutions that solve real problems, engage users, celebrate the brand, and drive results for the business.

As a Product Designer you will:

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define design strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and iterate UI designs for web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
• Communicate and advocate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all product touchpoints.

• Expertise in UI design across app, web, and beyond, applying strong design foundations.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems, including governance and scale.
• Strong skills in iconography, typography, and animation.
• Proficiency in UX research, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Ability to produce lo‑fi and hi‑fi prototypes using industry tools.

Salary: £55,000.00 – £65,000.00 (London, UK)
