Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (London-based)

What You'll Do- Be the Bridge: Turn business goals into clear, actionable requirements for cutting-edge AI projects.
- Drive Innovation: Shape and refine AI use cases-from generative AI to automation and beyond.
- Own the Data: Dive deep into data and knowledge requirements, mapping what's needed for success.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that matter.
- Champion Agile: Keep projects moving fast, focused, and aligned with business priorities.
- Spot Opportunities: Identify risks, gaps, and new possibilities-then help make them happen.
- Build Knowledge: Document what works, share insights, and help us get smarter with every project.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI, data, or product environments.
- A knack for translating business needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based solutions (think: generative assistants, recommendation engines, automation tools).
- Strong analytical chops and a love for problem-solving.
- Top-notch communication skills-you can talk tech with engineers and strategy with execs.
- Agile mindset: you're comfortable with change and thrive in fast-paced teams.
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a drive to make things better.
- Experience in sales-related domains (lead management, prospect data gathering).
- Editorial experience (not essential, but a plus).
