Founding AI Engineer London - £180K plus equity Halian is currently working with a stealth-stage AI startup is hiring its first technical team member. If you want to build core AI systems from the ground up and move faster than a typical tech organisation ever allows, this might be for you. What youll do Build the semantic intelligence layer of our product Design knowledge graphs, retrieval systems, and data pipelines Work across Python, LLMs, vector databases, and modern web technologies Make foundational technical decisions that shape the companys trajectory Tech youll work with Python, LLMs, vector databases, knowledge graphs React/Type Script, Supabase, AWS Agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph) What they are looking for Ownership mindset:
