As a Growth Lead, EMEA at OpenAI, you will design, launch, and optimize global paid and organic acquisition campaigns across diverse channels. You will lead growth experiments and A/B testing across funnels to enhance conversions and develop scalable playbooks. Additionally, you will partner with engineering and data science teams to build and refine growth tooling, automation, and optimization algorithms.
