James Carrera ofDigital Data Foundationis sourcing a Senior User Experience Analyst responsible for client based configurations, troubleshooting and packaging of a wide range of legal applications.

Responsibilities

You will be Subject matter expert in legal application installations, Software packaging, troubleshooting, software performance monitoring and debugging tools;

• Collects and reports on key performance indicators and measures of application reliability
• Installs and maintains server based legal applications
• Participates in special projects within and outside of present skillsets, ensuring all projects adhere to the established I.S. workflow process
• Leads projects to implement new and existing application technologies
• Troubleshoots software issues, documents and communicates resolutions to appropriate I.S. personnel and end users, as applicable
• Supports Training Team as SME to produce training modules for both user and support audience, conducts training for support team members, trainers and in some cases end users.

Experience

Educated to degree level with 2-3 years progressive experience in legal services;

• Innovative, analytical approach to solving complex problems
• Expert in iManage Work and Desksite configuration
• Knowledge of SQL Server and database queries
• Experience in Server configuration and IIS
• Demonstrated understanding of the Microsoft Active Directory OU and Group structure and the use of Active Directory Users and Computers
• Ability to present technological problems, solutions and new technologies to non-technical personnel
