The Must Haves
  • Product performance:
    Proven operational experience in the telecoms industry with a clear focus on end-to-end performance.
  • Technical knowledge:
    Sound technical background with an understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and technologies.
  • Commercial acumen:
    Proven experience in driving positive product economic plans; aligning technical capabilities with commercial product strategies.
  • Product management:
    Experience in overseeing product lifecycle plans and management of product/technology roadmaps aligned to business goals and customer needs.
  • Leadership skills:
    Demonstrated ability to lead matrix & cross-functional teams and foster collaboration between technical and commercial teams.
  • Stakeholder & customer management:
    Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach. Working closely with customer requirements and translating into technology plans.
