• Product performance:
  Proven operational experience in the telecoms industry with a clear focus on end-to-end performance.
• Technical knowledge:
  Sound technical background with an understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and technologies.
• Commercial acumen:
  Proven experience in driving positive product economic plans; aligning technical capabilities with commercial product strategies.
• Product management:
  Experience in overseeing product lifecycle plans and management of product/technology roadmaps aligned to business goals and customer needs.
• Leadership skills:
  Demonstrated ability to lead matrix & cross-functional teams and foster collaboration between technical and commercial teams.
• Stakeholder & customer management:
  Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach. Working closely with customer requirements and translating into technology plans.

• Innovative thinking: A mindset for innovation, driving exploration of new technologies & ways of working to enhance commercial product offerings.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate decisions and gain buy-in at a senior level.
• Industry knowledge:
  In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, staying abreast of emerging technologies and market trends.
• Adaptability:
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting strategies to changing technical and commercial priorities.

  Expertise in driving efficiencies & positive economics through creating innovative and strategic solutions; sound strategic and objective decision making with balanced consideration of technical and business issues.
