Job Description
** The Service Now GRC Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Service Now GRC suite to support organizational risk and compliance objectives.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
** Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
** Platform Configuration:
** Configure the Service Now GRC modules to align with business requirements, ensuring effective risk management, compliance, and governance.
** Process Design & Improvement:
** Identify gaps in current processes, propose enhancements, and implement best practices in risk and compliance workflows.
** Stakeholder Management:
** Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and senior management to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
** Effective Documentation:
** Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures for audit and knowledge sharing purposes.
** Technical/Functional Expertise:
