Own the end-to-end design process for a diverse portfolio of curricula and learning experiences. Blend pedagogical expertise with AI-driven workflows to manage the full development lifecycle and create high-impact training content.

• Lead the pedagogical strategy for a high-growth startup aiming to impact millions of workers over the next decade
• Work at the forefront of AI-driven education, translating advanced learning principles into automated, scalable technical rule sets
• Join a mission-driven, venture-backed team tackling the global climate crisis through innovative workforce development and education technology

• Manage the full development lifecycle of training courses, from storyboarding and scripting to overseeing subject matter experts
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align learning materials with market needs and deliver measurable competency improvements
• Serve as the internal champion for AI adoption, integrating generative AI and automation tools into the content creation process

• Offers 5+ years of curriculum design experience with mastery of backward design principles and competency-based framework development
• Possesses technical literacy in generative AI and prompt engineering to automate and scale high-quality pedagogical workflows
• Demonstrates proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex content production projects using tools like Articulate 360
