We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the integration of SAP S/4

HANA with SAP Ariba. This role requires a strong understanding of both SAP S/4

HANA and SAP Ariba systems, alongside proven expertise in project management. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the integration project, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives, is delivered on schedule, and meets quality standards.

• Project Planning and Execution:
  Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget. Lead and manage cross‑functional project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication. Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Integration Strategy and Design:
  Design and implement strategies for integrating SAP S/4
  
  HANA with SAP Ariba, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. Identify integration requirements and gaps, proposing effective solutions. Oversee the technical aspects of integration, including data mapping, transformation, and system configuration.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align project goals with organizational objectives. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• System Configuration and Testing:
  Coordinate the configuration of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP Ariba systems to support integration. Oversee the development and execution of testing plans to validate integration functionality and performance. Address and resolve any issues that arise during testing and implementation.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Document lessons learned and best practices to enhance future projects.
• Change Management:
  Develop and execute change management plans to support smooth transition and adoption of integrated systems. Provide training and support to end‑users to ensure effective use of the integrated solutions. Address and resolve post‑integration issues in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing SAP integration projects, particularly between SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP Ariba.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP Ariba functionalities and integration points.
• Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
