• £60,000 – £105,000 base salary + up to £15,000 annual bonus
• Manchester, London, Cheltenham or Bristol – hybrid working

Our client is a highly respected consultancy working at the centre of the UK Defence & Security landscape, supporting complex, high‑profile programmes that directly contribute to national safety. They are recognised for their strategic thinking, architectural capability, and ability to deliver at scale in secure environments. Due to continued growth across secure portfolios, they are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to strengthen their architecture capability.

As an Enterprise Architect
, you will define and evolve enterprise architecture strategies aligned to business and mission objectives within secure environments. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to assess current‑state landscapes, identify gaps, and develop future‑state roadmaps. The role involves setting architectural standards, guiding solution delivery teams, ensuring compliance with frameworks and policies, and driving innovation across complex, multi‑system estates.

• Active DV or eDV clearance
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex organisations
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, MODAF or DODAF
• Experience with modelling techniques and tools (e.g.
  Archi Mate, BPMN, Business Capability Modelling
  )
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g. Sparx, Bizzdesign)
• Strong understanding of Defence architecture, data and security policies
• Ability to align technology strategy to business outcomes
