The Data Analytics team at Policy Expert is central to generating strategic value from data through insightful, actionable analysis. Sitting alongside Data Business Analysis (BA) and Analytics Engineering, our team translates complex data into clear insights, directly influencing key business decisions. We operate in a collaborative, business‑partnering model, embedding analysts within critical decision‑making forums across the organisation. Our focus is to empower the business to ask the right questions, leverage insights effectively, and drive actions that enhance performance and customer outcomes.

• As the Analytics Manager, reporting into the Head of Data Analytics, you will:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Insight Analysts, setting high standards for analytical rigour, clarity, and actionability.
• Produce and oversee the delivery of high‑quality, impactful analyses and insights that directly inform and influence business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to proactively identify critical questions and analytical opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Embed yourself and your team within key decision‑making forums, ensuring analytics insight directly supports and enhances business strategy and operations.
• Facilitate clear communication and understanding of insights across the business, ensuring analyses are intuitive, actionable, and directly linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and the rest of Data Analytics to ensure that our Data & Analytics Platform provides the rights data and tooling to enable high‑quality analytical work.
