In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Power Platform Developer to join IBM’s public sector delivery team. In this role, you will support the design, development and maintenance of solutions built on Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse. Your work will contribute to improving operational efficiency and delivering scalable digital services for public sector clients.

Working alongside senior developers and solution architects, you will help create low‑code and no‑code applications, automate business processes and enhance user experiences across a range of government‑facing services. You will also support the development of conversational AI capabilities using Power Virtual Agents and Copilot, and assist in integrating solutions with APIs, enterprise systems and data sources. A strong focus on quality, security and performance will be essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and developing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
  • Support the configuration and use of Dataverse, including data modelling and integration with external systems.
  • Contribute to workflow automation and process optimisation using Power Platform tools.
  • Participate in application testing, debugging and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Produce clear documentation and contribute to Agile ceremonies within a multi‑disciplinary delivery team.
